Vertigo Releasing, in association with Wildcard Distribution, has released the official trailer for 'AMONGST THE WOLVES', the new Irish crime thriller from acclaimed director Mark O’Connor (Cardboard Gangsters, King of the Travellers). The film will be available on digital platforms across the UK from 2nd June 2025.
Starring Luke McQuillan, Aidan Gillen (Game of Thrones, Kin), and newcomer Daniel Fee, 'AMONGST THE WOLVES' follows Danny, a former Royal Irish Army soldier now living rough on the streets of Dublin. Haunted by his past, Danny crosses paths with Will, a teenage runaway escaping a violent drug gang. Their bond leads them into a world of danger, forcing Danny to confront his own demons in a bid to protect the boy.
The film also features performances from Jade Jordan, Louise Bourke, and Helen Behan, and is co-written by O’Connor and McQuillan. Known for his raw, grounded storytelling, O’Connor once again explores themes of survival, loyalty, and redemption in Ireland’s criminal underworld.
'AMONGST THE WOLVES' will be released on Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+, YouTube Movies, and Sky Store.
