Indie Rights has acquired worldwide rights to the new indie thriller/horror film 'AIR SHIFT', written and directed by Chris Maes, with a 2025 release planned across TVOD platforms followed by a wider rollout.
'AIR SHIFT' follows overnight FM radio deejay Lisa Richmond, who becomes the target of a suspected serial killer during her late shift at a small-town station. As she faces her captor inside the studio, a nearby excavation triggers a mysterious underground force, unleashing a violent contagion that transforms workers into bloodthirsty attackers. The film blends serial-killer tension with supernatural horror, inspired by a 1970s grindhouse sensibility.
