‘STORK OF HOPE’ is a poignant and powerful new WWII feature based on true events, following two young brothers who are devastatingly separated during the Second World War and forced onto a long and difficult road to reunion.
After its acclaimed premiere at the Miami Jewish Film Festival and strong performances on the international festival circuit, the film will now arrive on UK Digital on 5 January 2026, courtesy of Miracle Media.
Written and directed by Alexander Franskevich-Lei (Peresud), ‘STORK OF HOPE’ introduces Ilya and Sasha, two young brothers from Minsk whose lives are shattered at the beginning of WWII when their parents die and they are violently separated.
The film explores identity, survival, loss and the unbreakable bond between siblings, and is presented in Hebrew and Belarusian with English subtitles.
