Black Mandala and Del Toro Films have released the official trailer for 'EYES OF THE ABYSS', the latest horror-action feature from director Daniel de la Vega (‘ON THE 3RD DAY’, ‘WHITE COFFIN’, ‘JENNIFER’S SHADOW’).
Set aboard a drifting warship in the South Atlantic Ocean, 'EYES OF THE ABYSS' follows a soldier who awakens among corpses, her memory fragmented and her survival instincts triggered. As more soldiers board the ship, a deadly game begins, revealing dark secrets and the haunting aftermath of war.
“On a warship laden with corpses and threatening to sink, the film explores the suffering of those caught between life and death,” says director Daniel de la Vega.
Produced by Furia Films and Del Toro Films, the film reunites the team behind genre titles like 'ON THE 3RD DAY', 'AUXILIO (THE CONVENT)', and 'I AM TOXIC'.
'EYES OF THE ABYSS' will have its world premiere at Marché du Film – Cannes 2025, screening as part of the Fantastic Galas hosted by the Fantastic Pavilion.
