Blackwater and Silver Milk have released the official trailer for their new boxing drama 'HEAVYWEIGHT', which will celebrate its World Premiere as the Opening Night Feature at the 33rd Raindance Film Festival on 18 June 2025.
Directed by Christopher M. Anthony in his feature debut, 'HEAVYWEIGHT' stars Jason Isaacs (Harry Potter, The White Lotus), Nicholas Pinnock (Top Boy, For Life), and Jordan Bolger (Peaky Blinders, The Woman King) in a tense, character-driven story set in the high-pressure world of elite boxing.
'HEAVYWEIGHT' follows wildcard boxing contender ‘Diamond’ Derek Douglas (played by Bolger) as he prepares for a high-stakes title bout he’s not certain he can win. Told in real time, the film captures the rising tension within Derek’s team, as secrets, rivalries and dirty tricks are exposed in the hours leading up to the fight. It’s a visceral look at the emotional cost of glory and a rarely seen side of professional sport.
Alongside the central trio, the film features Jamie Bamber (Battlestar Galactica), Sienna Guillory (Resident Evil: Retribution), Blake Harrison (The Inbetweeners) and Joplin Sibtain (Andor).

The World Premiere screening will take place at Raindance Film Festival in London on 18 June 2025, marking a prestigious launch for the British indie production.
