Cineverse and its horror division Bloody Disgusting have acquired North American VOD/streaming rights to 'SELF-HELP' from Mainframe Pictures. The film opens in U.S. theaters on October 31 with “Mischief Night” previews on October 30. A digital release follows in early 2026. WTFilms handles worldwide sales.
