Reel2Reel Films will release British environmental drama 'CRUDE AWAKENINGS' on digital from August 24, 2026.

The film follows Ava Rice, an ambitious PR strategist who takes a job at a notorious energy conglomerate. The promise of a life-changing promotion begins to cloud her judgement as she becomes drawn into the murky world of big oil and corporate corruption.
As a mysterious sickness begins to spread through her firm, Ava is forced to question the cost of success and whether financial reward is worth sacrificing her health and moral compass.
