Star Stone Studios has released the official trailer for 'SKY BLADE', an AI-directed historical fantasy set around 4000 BCE.
The film follows Ka, the son of a conquering warlord who refuses to kill at his initiation. Cast out to his mother’s matriarchal people, he joins the daughter who will lead them in a hunt for a blade fallen from the sky — a weapon that may decide whose people survive.
Forty centuries before iron was forged, a star falls into the soft ground above a small village. The villagers call it a sky stone and bury it deeper, not yet knowing the metal hidden inside.
Generations later, on the night his mother dies, Ka unearths the stone. What he draws from it is not a tool, but a blade: straight, thin, cold and older than any people he has ever known.
Described as a coming-of-age action-adventure, 'SKY BLADE' explores inheritance, survival, and the difference between a weapon and a witness.
The project is directed and visually produced by Luis Hiluy, written and executive produced by Steve Lainer, and produced by Star Stone Studios.
AI disclosure: 'SKY BLADE' is an AI-generated / AI-directed historical fantasy trailer. The filmmakers describe the project as one where every frame is generated and every creative decision is human-led.
