'GO KILL', a new Indonesian dark comedy crime drama from director Lutfi Anas, has released its official trailer.
Set in urban Jakarta, 'GO KILL' follows Arif, a once-famous comedian trying to rebuild his life after falling from grace. His days of global tours and roaring applause are now a distant memory, and he scrapes by with odd jobs while carrying the weight of a secret past.
When Arif crosses paths with Reza, a raw but talented young stand-up comic, he reluctantly takes him under his wing. As he helps Reza develop his voice, Arif unexpectedly begins to rediscover his own love for comedy.
But Arif is also juggling his strained relationship with Yuni and dangerous ties to Budi, a ruthless crime boss. Through heartbreak, humour and hard-earned lessons, 'GO KILL' becomes a chaotic story of rediscovery, resilience and redemption.
Directed by Lutfi Anas, the film stars Vidi Bulle as Arif, Suheil Bisyir as Reza, Tio Pakusadewo as Budi, Sintya Sutansyah as Yuni, Sadhenna Sayanda as Ninda, Mo Sidik as Mo, Dimar Han as Ferri, Eloy Maharani as Maya and Annie Yang as Annie.
The film is written and produced by Wayne William-Smith, with Eamonn Sadler and Mo Sidik credited as writers and executive producers. Zane Adam composes the score, with cinematography by Agus Triyanto.
Produced by Stirch Smith Productions and LA Pictures, 'GO KILL' is scheduled for release in late 2026.
