Anchor Bay Entertainment will release 'ATTACK OF THE KILLER TOMATOES: ORGANIC INTELLIGENCE' in select US theaters from August 7, 2026.
Described as “Jurassic Park” meets “Dr. Strangelove”, the film is the long-awaited fifth feature spin of the 1978 cult classic 'ATTACK OF THE KILLER TOMATOES'.
The franchise began as a cult horror-comedy, became a midnight movie favourite, and later expanded into animation, helping launch the Fox Children’s TV Network.
Following its in-person trailer premiere at San Diego Comic-Con on July 25, the official trailer now makes its online debut.
Franchise icon John Astin returns as Professor Gangreen, alongside an ensemble cast including Myrna Velasco, Zachary Roozen, Noor Razooky, Dan Bakkedahl, Daniel Roebuck, Vernée Watson, Eric Roberts, David Koechner, Eric Allan Kramer, Catherine Corcoran, Paul Bates, Karly Rothenberg, Isabella Jaimie, Josh Stone, Samantha Bailey, Victor Yerrid, London Stubblefield, Katia Gomez, Joshua Poon, Jackie Nico, Aryn Nelson, Emma Sofia Henriquez, Leah Morgan, Gary Nguyen and Edwin Zha.
