Freestyle Digital Media has acquired the North American VOD rights to 'BLOOD MAGICK', a witch horror feature from writer-director Micah Delhauer.
The film will be available on North American digital HD internet, DVD, cable and satellite platforms from August 11, 2026.
'BLOOD MAGICK' follows Aisling, a beer-guzzling, foul-mouthed witch who wakes up with a killer headache, five terrified strangers staring at her, and something inhuman pounding at the door.
The group has taken refuge inside a giant costume warehouse, where every door and window could let the monsters in. But when a malevolent force begins bringing the costumes to homicidal life, their sanctuary becomes a trap.
Forced into the role of reluctant hero, Aisling uses her magical powers to protect the group, despite not liking them very much. But as the demonic siege intensifies, she begins to suspect that someone inside the warehouse may be the real mastermind behind the chaos.
What starts as a fight for survival becomes a supernatural whodunit, as suspicion turns to paranoia and the would-be survivors begin turning on each other.
Written and directed by Micah Delhauer, 'BLOOD MAGICK' is produced by James Delhauer and Micah Delhauer. The film stars Frances Parsons as Aisling, with Victoria de Mare appearing as The Proprietress. The cast also includes Laura Delhauer, Alen Kolenovic, Natalie Beisner, Joe Salling and Michael Minto.
Director Micah Delhauer describes the film as dark, edgy, scary and funny, with practical monsters and a kickass heroine at the centre of the story.
