The latest trailer to join the BritFlicks Tubi FrightFest 2026 trailer playlist is ‘NERVOUS’, the new psychological horror from writer/director Abner Pastoll.
Starring Sarah Bolger and Ko Asung, ‘NERVOUS’ will have its World Premiere as the Opening Film of Tubi FrightFest London 2026 on Thursday 27 August at ODEON Leicester Square.
The film follows Sarah and her husband Sungsoo, who move to a house in the Korean countryside in the hope of saving their crumbling marriage. But their new home hides a strange secret: an unmarked vinyl record that plays nothing but silence.
After listening to it, Sarah slowly begins to lose the ability to hear men’s voices, and her grip on reality starts to fracture.
Pastoll previously closed FrightFest in 2019 with ‘A GOOD WOMAN IS HARD TO FIND’, and returns to the festival with a Korean-UK psychological horror shot on location in and around Seoul.
