'RESENTMENT' is a 2026 relationship drama written, directed and produced by Noah Millman, starring Lawrence Gilliard Jr., Patch Darragh and Jen Ponton.
Set over the course of one long night inside a Brooklyn cocktail bar, the film follows three people whose marriage, friendship and ambitions have become tangled in years of jealousy, regret and suspicion.
David, played by Patch Darragh, is a struggling filmmaker confronting middle age, professional disappointment and his dependence on alcohol. His old friend Coleman, played by Lawrence Gilliard Jr., has moved from finance into filmmaking and hired David to edit his latest horror film.
Jen Ponton stars as Trish, David's wife and owner of the bar, whose relationship with Coleman becomes the focus of David's growing suspicions.
As afternoon turns to last call and the drinks continue to flow, long-buried resentments erupt into accusations, confessions and increasingly destructive emotional warfare.
