British darts comedy 'THE BROKEN ARROW' is heading to UK cinemas on November 13, 2026, courtesy of Central City Media.
Co-directed by Pablo Raybould and Chris Simmons, the film stars Ste Johnston, Sue Johnston, Alan Ford, Chris Simmons and Elena Pitsiaeli.
Local darts champion Barry Barnes has his life turned upside down when the death of his mentor sends him spiralling into booze and self-destruction. After a drunken accident costs him an arm, Barry's future in the sport appears to be over.
But with his throwing arm still intact, Barry has one last opportunity to face his demons, return to the oche and take on his arch-rival, the formidable "Darts Vader".
The film opened the 2024 Southend Film Festival as its Gala Opening Title, while co-directors Chris Simmons and Pablo Raybould subsequently received Best Director nominations at the 2025 Romford Film Festival.
