Paula Patton and Derek Luke are reuniting on screen for 'LOVE ON THE VINEYARD', a new Lifetime original movie premiering on November 21, 2026 as part of the network's Love of a Lifetime franchise.
The romantic drama brings Patton and Luke back together more than a decade after they appeared in the 2013 romantic comedy 'BAGGAGE CLAIM'. Janet Hubert, best known for 'THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL-AIR', also stars.
Patton plays Jordan Wilson, a successful Washington, D.C. commercial real estate executive who returns to Martha's Vineyard with her teenage daughter Gabby after years away.
Back on the island, Jordan reconnects with her former summer love Eric Robinson, played by Luke, and becomes involved in a battle to save a historic inn in Oak Bluffs that holds deep significance for the area's Black community.
As Jordan fights to preserve the property, she must also confront grief, family tensions and the possibility of a second chance at love.
Janet Hubert plays Shirley Evans, while Zeiana Andrade appears as Jordan's daughter Gabby.
'LOVE ON THE VINEYARD' is directed by Tailiah Breon from a screenplay by Camille Tucker. Tracey E. Edmonds returns to Lifetime as an executive producer.
The film was produced by Chelsea Vale and David Gere under their Shadow|Vale Productions banner, with Brittany Clemons co-producing. Production took place across New England during the summer, with the story set against the backdrop of Martha's Vineyard and the historic Oak Bluffs community.
