The teaser trailer has arrived for 'HAUNTED', a chilling Australian psychological and supernatural horror film directed by Myles McEwen and Ripley Stevens.
Set against the eerie backdrop of an isolated Australian coastal town, the film plunges audiences into a disturbing mystery involving unexplained disappearances, terrifying apparitions and a sinister presence connected to a tragedy that should have remained buried.
October 19, 2003. A violent storm strikes the remote town of One Season. That night, a mysterious incident involving a group of teenagers on the beach leaves the community forever changed.
Four years later, teenagers begin to disappear and something sinister appears to be stirring beneath the town's quiet surface. Sol, a reclusive man haunted by fragmented memories and disturbing visions, is forced out of isolation when his home faces demolition.
As an increasingly terrifying supernatural presence begins to stalk him, Sol discovers that the disappearances may be connected to the horrifying events of that stormy night. With the past returning to life, he must uncover the truth behind the town's darkest secret before the nightmare consumes him completely.
Blending atmospheric supernatural horror, psychological unease and disturbing imagery, 'HAUNTED' delivers a slow-burning descent into terror where the boundary between reality and the supernatural begins to collapse.
