'PURPLE', a heartfelt new drama from director Ben Gilbert and writer Aaron Therol, will be released across North American Digital HD, DVD, cable and satellite platforms on November 6, 2026 through Freestyle Digital Media.
After attending a conference, a workaholic from Iowa finds himself stranded in Los Angeles during an unexpected layover.
Overwhelmed by the unfamiliar city, he meets Purple, a charismatic and unconventional young woman who draws him into a very different side of Los Angeles.
Together, the two strangers spend a single day wandering through the city's overlooked corners and sharing candid conversations about deferred dreams, personal regrets and the search for meaning.
By nightfall, their brief encounter has left both of them with a changed perspective on their lives.
'PURPLE' explores loneliness, human connection and the lasting impact one unexpected meeting can have.
