'BEST PANCAKES IN THE COUNTY', a new action thriller starring Nicolas Cage, Justin Long and Shelley Hennig, will be released in select US theaters and on Digital on November 20, 2026 through Independent Film Company.
Set over the course of one explosive night, the film transforms an unassuming small-town diner into the centre of a deadly standoff involving rogue federal agents, a fast-talking con man with a dangerous past and a waitress harbouring secrets of her own.
As loyalties blur and tensions erupt, everyone inside the diner is forced to decide who they can trust โ and who they may have to outthink or outgun in order to survive.
Nicolas Cage stars as The S.O.B., an eccentric and cunning criminal caught in the escalating confrontation. Justin Long plays Cookie, with Shelley Hennig as Dolly.
The ensemble cast also includes Lauren German, Ravi Patel, Brandon Mychal Smith, Kelly Greyson, Jaylen Moore and Michael Sirow.
'BEST PANCAKES IN THE COUNTY' is written and directed by Ken Sanzel, reuniting him with Cage following their 2019 action thriller 'KILL CHAIN'.
The film was shot in Arkansas and is produced by Beno Films, with CaliWood Pictures backing the production. Fortitude International is handling international sales.
